"You can build, even if you can't code." That was the promise of vol.3 — and for one Saturday in Seoul, 67 people proved it, with Cursor in their hands.
TEAM HUMAN — SEOUL'S GLOBAL AI BUILDER COMMUNITY
A curated, application-based event: 166 applications for 81 seats. On the day, 67 builders across 29 teams went from idea to working demo in under six hours of hacking time.

Half arrived already using Cursor — the other half left having built their first product with it.
Cursor's official sponsorship didn't just fund an event — it removed every barrier between a curious first-timer and a shipped product.

vol.3's biggest differentiator: a strategic partnership with Seoul AI Hub, the City of Seoul's flagship AI institution — putting the Cursor brand inside Korea's most visible public AI space.
Beyond hosting, the Hub co-promoted the event through its official channels, co-branded every poster, LED wall and stage backdrop alongside Cursor, and created a new Seoul AI Hub Special Award for public & social impact — with bonus points toward Hub residency for the winner. A community hackathon, backed by a global AI tool, recognized by city government.
An AI service that interprets a citizen's situation, finds the welfare benefits they're actually eligible for, and walks them through the application — chosen as the product that best embodied public value.
Winners were decided by combined audience and judge voting across five criteria: practicality, creativity, completeness, impact — and public value for the Special Award. No rankings; five equal winners.
Sixty-seven builders deep in flow on the 3F lounge, live demos on the 4F stage, and co-branded signage throughout Seoul AI Hub's architectural atrium.
